Self - Care Event in Topanga, CA - Sunday November 9, 2025
Join us in the heart of Topanga for a deeply nourishing wellness experience created to soften the body, open the heart, and restore the nervous system.
We’ll begin with posture and face practices led by Anastasia from Kosha Spa, focusing on releasing physical tension, awakening natural radiance, and preparing the body for deeper energetic work.
From there, we’ll move into a heart-opening cacao ceremony with Me, setting intentions and creating a grounded, connected atmosphere for the journey ahead.
The evening will unfold into a restorative sound healing session by me, blending crystal bowls, gong vibration, and intuitive frequency work to bring you into deep relaxation, clarity, and energetic alignment.

Lumira Retreat — Joshua Tree (May 8–9)
Join us for an intimate 3-day retreat in Joshua Tree — a space to slow down, reconnect, and reset. This experience is designed for a small group and blends sound healing, movement, and intentional moments in a beautiful desert setting. Expect slow mornings, grounding practices, nourishing meals, and space to fully unwind and come back to yourself. Floating Sound Bath — Kimpton Everly Hotel (May 17, 5PM)
Experience a deeply immersive sound bath set in a beautiful rooftop pool setting at the Kimpton Everly Hotel. Guests can choose between floating in the water or relaxing poolside while being surrounded by sound. This experience is designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and enter a state of deep relaxation. Limited spots available.
